The SCR-type fast agitator consists of a support structure made of steel sheet of suitable thickness, treated with rust inhibitor and enamel. Four articulated wheels allow easy movement of the agitator to places of need. The stirring unit consists of a variable speed motor directly coupled to the stainless steel shaft equipped with a marine-type propeller. There is the possibility of adjusting the inclination of the shaft. The vertical movement of the agitator unit is performed mechanically by means of a pneumatic piston. The melter is equipped with fixed protection with an opening gate equipped with electric safety.
