Plate turning dryer associated with the LPI type shaping line
The machine is suitable for leather drying of the pieces shaped on plaster moulds. It’s composed by:
- MOLD HANDLING GROUP: positioned on a single level both inside and outside the dryer, it automatically handles the plaster moulds. Independent drive for each belt with self-braking motors with intermittent operation. The plaster moulds rest on wooden tablets with centering domes.
- THERMAL-VENTILATION UNIT: includes circulation fan, gas burner with heat exchanger, automatic temperature control, hot air ducting system complete with two series of easily replaceable height-adjustable blowers; one of the nozzle type suitable for bowls drying, and one of the perforated disc type suitable for dishes drying. Sturdy metal carpentry structure with opening walls in insulated panels.
Dryer with carousel associated with the FTV type shaping line
The machine is suitable for leather drying of the pieces shaped on plaster moulds. It’s composed by:
- CAROUSEL GROUP: steel structure complete with arms with containers for plaster moulds, intermittent rotary movement controlled by the shaping unit via a toothed belt.
- THERMAL-VENTILATION UNIT: includes circulation fan, air vein gas burner, automatic temperature control, ducting system and blowers with replaceable nozzle-type blowing elements. Sturdy metal carpentry structure with opening walls in insulated panels.
