The linear finishing machine with 4/8 positions is suitable for the wet finishing of various dishes produced with ceramic and/or porcelain bodies.
The machine consists of: 4/8 transfer device and finishing unit with overturning.
The 4/8 transfer device automatically carries out the removal of the dishes from the dryer, then carries out their deposit and sorting, in successive cycles, on two conveyor belts composing rows of 8 dishes.
The overturning of the finishing unit automatically carries out the removal of the dishes from the conveyor belts, after a 180° rotation these are taken from the transfer trolley and positioned from time to time on the various stations of:
- Centering
- Dry finishing using abrasive paper tools
- Wet finishing using a rotating sponge system.
